Installation preparation
1、复验安装定位所用的基础中心轴线、基础支承面标高或地脚螺栓的标高，并量出螺栓的具体位置，做好检测记录，超出允许偏差时，应做好技术处理。
1. Recheck the center axis of foundation, the elevation of foundation supporting surface or the elevation of anchor bolt used for installation and positioning, measure the specific position of the bolt, make detection records, and make technical treatment when the allowable deviation is exceeded.
2.钢柱基础混凝土强度必须达到设计强度，基础回填土已进行完毕。

3、地脚螺栓(锚栓、应垂直，露出长度和丝牙长度应满足设计要求。丝牙无损伤，螺帽能紧到位。
3. The anchor bolt (anchor bolt, screw thread) shall be vertical, and the exposed length and thread length shall meet the design requirements. The thread teeth are not damaged, and the nut can be tightened in place.
4、检查吊装机械及吊装机具。检查钢丝绳、滑轮、卡扣等能否满足使用要求，按专项施工方案要求搭设必要的脚手架或平台。
4. Check the lifting machinery and lifting equipment. Check whether the wire rope, pulley and buckle can meet the use requirements, and set up the necessary scaffold or platform according to the requirements of the special construction scheme.
5、钢柱、钢梁、扭王块模具 高铁遮板模具 阶梯护坡模具 拱形护坡模具 卵形槽模具 保定室内设计培训 保定平面设计培训屋架等成品、半成品的吊装，应编制吊装方案。对设计的拉杆在吊点位置，使受力改变为压杆时，为防止杆件失稳变形，必要时应加固和验算。
5. For the hoisting of finished and semi-finished products such as steel column, steel beam and roof truss, the hoisting scheme shall be prepared. When the designed pull rod is in the position of the lifting point and the force is changed to the pressure bar, in order to prevent the instability and deformation of the bar, reinforcement and checking calculation should be carried out when necessary.
6、钢构件吊装前应清除其表面上的油污、冰雪、泥沙和灰尘等杂物。
