1. Recheck the foundation central axis, foundation bearing surface elevation or anchor bolt elevation used for installation and positioning, measure the specific position of bolts, and make inspection records. If the allowable deviation is exceeded, technical treatment shall be done.
2.钢柱基础混凝土强度必须达到设计强度，基础回填土已进行完毕。

3、地脚螺栓(锚栓、应垂直，露出长度和丝牙长度应满足设计要求。丝牙无损伤，螺帽能紧到位。

4、检查吊装机械及吊装机具。检查钢丝绳、滑轮、卡扣等能否满足使用要求，按专项施工方案要求搭设必要的脚手架或平台。

5、钢柱、钢梁、屋架等成品、半成品的吊装，应编制吊装方案。对设计的拉杆在吊点位置，使受力改变为压杆时，为防止杆件失稳变形，必要时应加固和验算。

6、钢构件吊装前应清除其表面上的油污、冰雪、泥沙和灰尘等杂物。
